I am Steve Houtmeyers, full-stack .NET developer and owner of INFORMAX BV in Diest, Belgium. For more than 15 years I have been building scalable business software, mainly in C# and .NET, with Python where it is the better fit.

In recent years the focus has shifted increasingly to AI: integrating language models safely and usefully into existing applications, so teams work faster without abandoning the systems they know.

I work directly with your team, without an agency layer. That means short lines, clear agreements and code that stays maintainable after delivery. Engagements range from a few weeks to long-term collaborations, on site or remote.
